Body of a Man: The Arms Race

Men love to build massive arms. For many, it's a fun body part to work on. For others, it's the benefits (people checking you out) that really compels them to curl that dumbbell.

So it's almost strange when Stephen Box says his least favorite body part to work on is his arms. Because of this I'd say he's one of the most proportional looking fitness models around (his legs are the appropriate size compared to his arms). And I would be remiss if I fail to mention how beautiful his deltoids are..the rear just as defined as the anterior...which is a difficult thing to achieve in body building aesthetics.
