Thank you all for the comments and emails. This guy rejected all manner of gentle explanation with hypercritical and snarky remarks that sequed into accusations, and then finally ultimatums; insisting it was his way or the highway. To paraphrase an old adage: You can lead a man to his cock, but evidently you cannot make him enjoy it once he gets there. Lol. So, we said goodbye, and wished him well on his journey down the road.
