Man Up

1

It's already June 3. It's time to man up to ensure you can continue to get it up.
2

Men's Health Month is here and - if you haven't had one recently - now is a good time to schedule that annual physical. Avoid a double visit (if you can) by calling your doctor and requesting a Blood Panel to be done before your appointment. That way the doc will have the results during the remainder of the exam.
3

The exam should cover everything from head to toe. Don't allow him (or her) to skip a thing. No matter how old you are, make sure you get a good ball check. If you are 40+ make sure a DRE is included, if for nothing else than to establish a base line.
4

Most younger doctors know the importance of proper functioning and will ask if you are getting good, solid erections and ejaculations, if you are having any difficulty. Don't be afraid to tell him/her.

As summer approaches in the Northern Hemisphere, we all have a tendency to spend a lot of time in the great outdoors - many of us relish being nude as much as possible. Make sure your doctor does a thorough skin check for cancer or Melanoma. Thorough means also checking the scalp, bottoms of the feet and between the toes; and, yes, even the cock, nut sack, and butt crack.

It will help to ensure you'll get the most out of life and continue to enjoy yourself for as long as is possible.

Let's Talk Leakage

1

Today's post called "Late Night Leakage" over at 420Bate inspired me to write this one. We all think of this as wonderful - clear, slippery pre-cum. For the majority of men, it happens when we're really horny. It happens when we're aroused for a while. When we're young, that wet spot in the crotch of our pants can be embarrassing.
2

We love to spread it over our cocks, use it as lube when we jack off. It's another wonderful thing nature provided to us to enhance the chances of our swimmers making it to the destination of the egg. But we like it because it greatly enhances our pleasure. There's nothing like spreading that silky smoothness all over the head of our hard-on's. Produced by the Cowper's Glands, this natural lube is hands above the bottled stuff.

But, it can also be a warning sign. If your cock is leaking for no apparent reason - you aren't uber-horny, haven't spent a lot of time playing - it could be an indication of trouble with the plumbing. An infection of the prostate is the typical culprit, but it could be an irritation of the Seminal Vesicles, or infection of your boys, or the Spermatic Cords.

If your cock is leaking like a sieve for no obvious reasons, make an appointment to see your doctor. Not only can the infection worsen and spread through your equipment (perhaps becoming a bladder infection), it can transmit to a playmate.

We want to share our boners and cum, not infections - right?

Did you?

Well, June is over. That means the end of Men's Health Month. I hope you took the necessary time to do a complete inventory and check everything out. I hope you made that appointment for the annual physical - and kept it! Getting the professional opinion that all is in perfect working order is important.

Get to know that prostate.

 Get to know your cock.

Get to know those balls.

Learn everything you can about them. As the ad campaign slogan goes: "The more you know."
Allow me to finish it with: "The more you'll enjoy it."

Alone...

With a buddy...

Or a group...

Take care of and enjoy what you've been given.

I hope Men's Health Month has everyone on the right track!

Welcome to July...

Get It Checked

So, May was Masturbation Month and, in honor of Joycelynn Elders, we cleaned out the pipes really well. Many don't realize it - or perhaps they're unwilling to acknowledge it - but jacking off is a health issue. I've had more than one of my doctors tell me that and instruct me to supplement any other sexual activity with a couple of good wanks a week. I've listened and haven't regretted it at all.

Now, June is Men's Health Month. Though not every post will focus on the health issues of our man-bits, the month will be dedicated to just that: Ensuring cock, man-berries, and buzz-button (that's the prostate, or Male G-Spot) all stay in good working order.

So, if you haven't had one recently, this is the month to schedule that annual physical. Get the cock fully inspected. Get the balls carefully checked out. Get that probing prostate DRE and a PSA test. Get those pecs examined. Then, for a grand finale, have him look you over from top to bottom (scalp to toes), front to back (dick to ass-crack).

If you pop a boner - don't worry. Oddly, this appears to be the number one reason men avoid these types of physical exams; they're too embarrassed to talk to a doctor about 'those things,' too afraid they'll sprout wood while the bits are being touched. It's not a regular happening, but it's not totally unheard of either; if it happens, they aren't offended or surprised. Take it from a guy who knows: That medical professional has seen a boner before. Plus, if he or she is any kind of doctor, you'll be pointedly asked if you're having any trouble...

taking a piss,

getting your dick to stand up good and hard,

and if your ejaculations are strong and satisfactory.

Because those things are overall health indicators for us; our dicks are our Health Barometer.

Oh, yeah...

Well, it feels like a day to just slough off. Although... In the prostate series I failed to mention serious - I mean serious! - prostate infections. If one gets bad enough it can have a huge effect on your ability to cum. I speak from personal experience. I covered this in early posts but it's worth mentioning again.

I'd been having difficulty for several weeks. Diminished amounts of cum continued to dwindle. Then it got to the point I couldn't cum at all - not even the sensation of it. My cock got hard, but I couldn't achieve an orgasm. No how, no way. Not by hand jobs, or blow jobs or fucking my brains out; not even stroking. It was frustrating, it was painful. My wife finally insisted I see a doctor. Back in those days you didn't need a referral to see a specialist.

I told him my problem. He asked if I could cum by masturbating. Nope. I'd spent more than 3 hours the day before trying to pound one out. My cock was red and raw and sore. This guy bent me over the exam table, rolled his little stool up behind me... I felt one finger go in to prod at my prostate, then another joined the first... He began massaging it and my cock stood up hard as a fuckin' tree trunk. I figured, well I can pull my pants up before I turn around... Ha! Before I could protest, he pulled his fingers out, grabbed me, stood me up, turned me around and wrapped his hand around my cock. He stroked along it a few times and my cock exploded! And I do mean exploded. He milked it until it slowed to an ooze.

This poor guy got covered in jizz; the floor was spattered with it... It smelled awful and, of course, I was embarrassed as hell! He stood up, grabbed a bunch of paper towels and handed some off to me. I cleaned off my cock and the crack of my ass while he removed his lab coat and wiped off his neck and face. He washed his hands and apologized but said, "It needed to be done."

I got a prescription to clear up the massive infection and a lecture about how often I got my nuts off. "You need to supplement your sex by jacking off at least twice a week. I don't want to see you in here for this problem again."

I've followed his advice and haven't had a prostate infection since.
